Rules & Regulation: Reading & Understanding
Dear Federations, coaches and athletes,
As part of the advanced specialisation programme designed for coaches – but open to anyone wishing to broaden their knowledge of technical regulations, annual planning and all aspects of the world of Pole and Aerial (covering both the Art and Sport sections) – POSA has launched a new in-depth course:
‘Reading and Understanding the POSA Rules & Regulations and the Code of Points’.

The course has been designed to help all those involved in the sport to familiarise themselves with and understand the administrative aspects, which nevertheless have technical significance for ensuring that athletes compete correctly.
Knowing, understanding and, consequently, applying the rules is a fundamental starting point for avoiding mistakes that could jeopardise the proper participation of an individual athlete (or even the entire team) in an important competition.
This course may produce the new ‘Head of Delegation’ figures, whom every team must have in their entourage at international competitions.
