Duration: 135 hours
Author: Daria Khudinskaia
Supported by POSA World Federation
This program is designed to train professional coaches in Exotic Pole Dance / Heels Pole Dance, based on a systematic and holistic approach to movement and body mechanics.
The course focuses on developing a deep understanding of technique and biomechanics through conscious movement, analysis, and structured learning, combined with a creative approach.
The program covers three key areas: acrobatics, dance, and pole technique. It also includes basic anatomy for coaches and a foundation in advanced flexibility training as an important part of the training process.
The course combines technical training, movement development, and choreography practice, helping students build their own training process independently.
Special attention is given to developing professional thinking: the ability to build a training system, develop a personal style, adapt to different tasks, and work effectively with students.
This program is designed to prepare coaches with a holistic understanding of movement, the body, and a creative approach to training.
It is supported by the pole sport federation POSA.
