The IPSA (Israel Pole Sports and Arts) federation was founded in 2014 by Jose Rodrigues and Rod Rodrigues.  In accordance with POSA its objectives are.

• Ensure recognition of pole as a sport.
• Fight against the prejudices that have been associated with Pole Sport and Pole Art.
• Unite, regulate, organize, lead, and develop the acknowledgement, acceptance, communication, practice, and completion of Pole Sport and Art in Israel.
• Standardize expectations and judging methods.
• Scholar Pole Sport and Pole Art so that athletes are acknowledged and have a growth path in ranking and achievement.

Initially we joined the IPSF, specifically for Pole Sport. We appreciated the growth in interest and participation in Pole Art and amalgamated with POSA, specifically for Pole Art.

Years later, we ended our association with the IPSF and now do all Pole and Aerial Sport and Arts under the umbrella of POSA, and are acknowledged as the POSA Israel National Federation.
