Further to what was discussed during our meeting held yesterday at the Boduros sports hall, I hereby forward the email that you had not previously received and formally reiterate the resolution adopted by the Ethics Committee.
Following a thorough review of the documentation and the findings established, the confirmed falsification of multiple documents relating to the ages of registered athletes constitutes a serious violation of the applicable regulations and ethical standards governing the sport. In light of these substantiated breaches, the Ethics Committee has resolved to impose a disciplinary sanction consisting of the suspension of the Butterfly Club for a period of one (1) calendar year.
Taking into account that certain athletes are currently participating in the European Aerial Sport competition and have already incurred expenses related to travel, registration fees, and accommodation, the enforcement of the above-mentioned suspension shall be deferred. Accordingly, the suspension will take effect from 6 July 2026 and shall remain in force until 5 July 2027 inclusive.
Throughout the duration of the suspension, no athletes affiliated with the aforementioned club shall be permitted to take part in any kind of Posa competitions. This prohibition shall extend, without limitation, to all roles and capacities, including but not limited to athletes, coaches, officials, and judges associated with the club.
With reference to the matter concerning the refusal of registration of the club represented by Ms. Sophia Hidalgo Avilés, and as per your communication during our meeting, we acknowledge that steps are currently being taken toward its resolution. In this regard, we formally request to be provided, within ten (10) days from receipt of this communication, with a detailed update on the status of the matter, as well as written confirmation of the successful acceptance of the aforementioned club’s registration.

It has come to my attention that applications submitted by athletes bearing Sophia Hidalgo Avilés have been refused registration for the Czech Pole & Aerial Championship POSA 2026. Despite multiple requests for clarification made by the athletes concerned and by their representatives, no substantive explanation has been provided regarding the reasons for these refusals.
Furthermore, I must note that I have still not received any response from your Ethics Committee concerning the separate refusal of registration of the club referenced in my previous correspondence (waiting for it, as you mentioned in yr previous answer) The absence of any formal reply from the competent body is particularly concerning and does not reflect the standards of transparency, accountability, and procedural fairness expected within the POSA framework.
The repeated rejection of athlete applications, combined with the lack of explanation and the continued silence regarding the club registration matter, raises legitimate questions that require immediate and documented clarification.
I therefore formally request:
1. A detailed explanation of the grounds upon which the Hidalgo athletes’ applications were rejected.
2. Confirmation of the specific eligibility criteria or regulations applied in reaching these decisions.
3. Clarification as to whether any restriction, sanction, or other measure exists that affects these athletes or their eligibility to participate in present or future POSA events.
4. A formal response from your Ethics Committee regarding the previously reported refusal of the club registration, including the rationale and procedural basis for that decision.
Please understand that this request is not intended to challenge any decision before the relevant facts have been established. However, transparency, consistency, and due process are fundamental principles that must be upheld by all organizations operating under the POSA system.
I would appreciate receiving a comprehensive written response within a reasonable timeframe so that this matter may be properly reviewed and addressed.
